Chrome plated Art Deco syle compote/candy dish features a nude woman holding up a base for a glass or china insert. Made by Farber Brothers of New Yorfk between 1932-1955. The chrome line is called Krome-Kraft and ceased operations in 1965. The compote measures 7-3/4" high by 5-1/2" wide at the top, 3-7/8" in diamter at the base. Farber Brothers was founded in 1915 and continues to manufacture kitchenware. The piece is marked on the bottom, "Farber Bros. New York, NY". Very good condition, chrome has nice luster. There is no bowl insert. You will be able to use your own glass or china bowl, or display it without an insert.
